The coalition is a gathering of literature and creative miscellany for absurdist outsiders. I love short-form work that carries in its glorious brevity the conflict between joyful human purpose and total futility. I post multiple submission calls at once about disparate themes because I believe there is beauty in dissonance. The coalition means to celebrate the laughter of liberation before the existential abyss. A mixed bag of little joys, primal screams, and a gathering of meanings to soothe cosmic indifference. And writing about cats too.

coalitionist magazine is a mixed bag featuring short nonfiction and media, mostly about cats, secular kindness, and other small joys.

We also produce short audio works on the cluster audio feed. The coalition is the DIY, indie production arm of the Arts Calling Network.
